Beautiful views and great location

This condo was perfect for our 5 night stay in Kihei and had everything we could need! It was a perfect home away from home. We loved the views, lanai, comfy bed and having beach chairs to bring everywhere with us. Being on the top floor was an added bonus with no one stomping around above us. Other guests were very friendly too. Great condo!!

Rental was clean and well stocked. Perfect location right on the beach. It was nice to have bbq grills to use as well. Parking was plentiful and never a hassle to find a spot.

We have stayed at Maui sunset several times because we love the property and location. Best place for watching sunset right on the beach. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured! The bed is a memory foam mattress that I felt was very comfortable. Love having all the beach gear available, and everything you need in the kitchen to be able to cook all your meals at condo if you would like. We loved our stay!

We has an amazing experience at the Maui Sunset. Loved the room, the pool, the gym, the easy access to the beach, and so many great store and restaurants were just a mile or two down the road. We'll definitely return!

Beautiful, Peaceful , and very Clean

From the moment we set foot thru the front door we were sold. There were many places we could have stayed. I so glad we picked this one. Just a very beautiful place and well kept.

The unit looks great and clean. The view from the balcony is relaxing and enjoyable. Nevertheless, the TV set is outdated with few to many remote controls. The entry door bottom is rotten, covered with a metal plate. Each time the door gets used it leaves a trace of dirt along with bits and pieces of decayed wood on the floor. The bathroom looks good but is very narrow.
Great Location for local dining and late evening events.

Maui Sunset is an older complex but is very well maintained. The courtyard picture does not do it justice; it is huge and meticulously maintained. Lovely pool area. Small fitness room met all our needs. Located very close to stores, restaurants and other activities.
The unit was immaculately clean with fabulous appliances. The two air conditioners and three superb ceiling fans kept us very comfortable. Quiet time hours were well respected. The few issues we encountered were quickly and effectively addressed by VIP property management who were a delight to deal with.

It was our first time to Hawaii. We are a small family of 3, with a five-year-old son. The condo was perfect for us and had all we needed. The location and the property at large made our experience all we could have asked for!

We absolutely loved our condo at the Maui Sunset, however is was VIP Management Team that made our stay so special. Not only were they prompt with responses and clear on arrival/departure directions BUT in the chaos and cancelled flights that came along with our xmas travel this year they made me cry happy tears! OUT OF ALL THE AIRLINES, RENTAL CAR AGENCIES AND HOTELS, VIP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WAS THE ONLY BUSINESS TO LISTEN TO US, SYMPATHIZE WITH US AND GIVE US FREE NIGHTS WHEN OUR FLIGHTS WERE DELAYED!!! I appreciate so much the care for their customers and will be booking with them for future travel, just because they are them!

This unit is amazing. We'll appointed, nicely decorated and VIP is very responsive to issues.

We had a small issue with the toilet as the water would run conrinously. They had someone there the next day to address it.

The view is pretty good and Maui Sunset'S grounds provide a good bit of it. You can see the ocean and West Maui. Overall you will love it.

We would have stayed longer if the unit had been available. We will look at this unit first for a return trip. If it is available when you travel, snap this one up.

I had a wonderful stay at Maui Sunset. The condo location is great, minutes away from shops, restaurants, and steps from the beach. The pool was great. The location is perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets. The condo had everything I needed for a week in Maui, was clean, and well maintained.

Clean condo with a tonne of thoughtful amenities. Right in front of a beach with gorgeous sunset views. The management team was also very communicative and accommodating.

Maui rentals are just expensive in general. Kihei is a great middle location to get to anywhere on the island. This property is used as a time share hub and has a very inviting vibe. A huge patch of green between the buildings with families BBQing, swimming in the pool or putting on the green. The apartment itself was good. Many toys and water equipment to borrow. Well maintained. Thanks for the stay.

The unit is updated and well kept. Basic necessities provided like beach towels, coffee, sugar, cooking oil , laundry soap.

This condo rental was awesome! It was exactly as pictured. Very clean and very good condition with all the amenities! Stocked with everything we needed for the beach; cooler, chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and noodles! Great customer service as well. Highly recommend!

The condo was exactly as we described. It had been nicely re-done and was very up to date, as the pictures show. The only thing that surprised us was the shape of the carpets. There is wall to wall carpeting in the living room and bedroom and it needs to be updated. Their use of area rugs to cover up the need to replace was very smart. The grounds and the pool are amazingly beautiful and well kept. The pool was the perfect temperature at all times. There is very little beach, but just a short distance down the road the beaches are perfect. The condo came with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, etc. You would want for nothing. Management responded immediately when needed.

My husband and I decided to extend our time in Hawaii by working for some of the trip. We choose this property because of its proximity to the beach and Kihei’s amenities. We were very happy with our choice. The picture represented the condo well. We were comfortable here. The internet worked well enough for us both to work at the same time. We were able to walk to get lunch and breakfast out if we wanted and if it wasn’t in walking distance it was just a short drive. We had a couple of maintenance issues but the property management team was available and very responsive. They sent someone to repair within just a couple hours each time and there was no impact on our stay. The only thing we would say that is negative is the bed was not the most comfortable bed we have slept in, it was small and the mattress topper made it smaller but despite this we were please with the property and the team supporting it. You will be happy here if you choose to stay. We will stay again if given the chance.

Charming condo with fantastic views of the ocean and the mountains. We watched the sunset every night. All of the amenities of home and in a great location to everything. The only thing that needed improvement was the cleanliness of the carpet. It could use a professional cleaning. Everything else was perfect.
