Maui Sunset #B-311

We have stayed at the Maui Sunset for over 20 years. I will say this unit far exceeded our expectations. The tile floors throughout were especially beneficial to keep the unit clean and cool. The bedding and furniture were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had every kitchen aid needed. The property management team was very responsive to our needs and a pleasure to work with.

We stayed from Jul 04 to Jul 11. The condo had all supplies needed for a family. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids. We enjoyed the community where condo was located. Bathroom were small with teenage kids but we managed.

Our family loved the condo at Maui sunset. The grounds are spotless. The live music on Wednesday evenings was a nice touch as well.

We loved staying here! My family came and all stayed in their own condo at this lovely place and it was perfect! We loved how clean our place was and how they had everything we didn’t for the beach! We will definitely come back next year!

After a slight hiccup during checking in, the condo we beautiful. Enjoyed everything about the great accommodations! The manager Carol was very helpful and caring.

We really loved our stay in this spacious condo. The main living area is large and comfortable. When one of our party was injured on a hike, it was a great place to home base for a few days, the pool welcoming, the beach uncrowded. The property management team was quick to respond kindly when our plans changed due to the hiking injury.

So great for so many things wonderful place to stay and would stay here again!

The property is comfortable and convenient to ocean activities, recreation and shopping. The unit is very well equipped with cooking utensils and initial supplies. The property is well managed, clean and the grounds are lovely. We enjoyed the convenience of the grills and the chance to meet other residents at the pool. Overall, it was a lovely experience..

Very nice accommodations, laundry in-suite is a real bonus. Everything worked fine. Lots of extras ie. beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys etc.

Our recent short stay here was wonderful. Dealing with the property manager was smooth and easy during the entire process. We loved our condo. Great views and quiet. The pool was never crowded and the short walk to the beach was great. The unit is equipped with just about anything one could want. We loved the location on the North end of Kihei. Wish we could have had a longer stay, but I think we will strongly consider a return for a longer stay in the future.

We had a great 10 days in Maui. Condo was as described. You got it all! Great view of the ocean and mountains with beautiful sunsets. Management was also great and was able to accommodate us with late checkout.

The B311 unit is a terrific home base for a relaxing Maui getaway. It is in great shape, updated and well stocked with what you would need. We especially appreciated all of the beach gear - chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the overall space is comfortable. We would definitely recommend.

This unit has been nicely renovated. The bedroom and bathrooms were small, but functional. The unit accommodated two adults and two teenage girls comfortably. The pool/lawn/barbecue areas were incredibly well maintained. The unit was a good location...not right in the heart of Kihei business district, but walkable or a short drive. Overall we had a lovely vacation.

Great unit well located, everything was nice and appreciated the BBQ very nice maintened. AC in the bedroom noisy, and the one in the living room ok but to close to the sofa (so lesseffective). Will come back.

We enjoyed our time at Maui Sunset, we have been staying here for over 30 years. Condo #B-311 was very nice, beautiful view and well stocked with what is needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Maui Sunset B311. It is one of the few units with a king size bed, which was very comfortable. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and the property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We love the location of Maui Sunset and hope to return again.

Our family has visited Maui numerous times and has always stayed at Maui Sunset and this condo is the most updated one we have stayed in.
Location
If you have never stayed at Maui Sunset in Kihei, you are missing out. Maui Sunset’s grounds are extremely well kept with guest access to the pool, spa, shuffleboard court, golf, and grills. The condo is beachfront and located next to Waipuilani Park. The park and beachfront are usually empty and attract the most visitors during sunset. The beach can be a bit rocky at times, but you can still enjoy the waters. Most visitors use this beach for the sunset, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing.

Condo
The condo is updated with tile floors, granite countertops, a stainless-steel fridge, new furniture, etc. It has basic amenities for guests (washing machine pod, dishwashing liquid, cooking spices, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, etc.). The kitchen is stocked with new cookware, serve ware, and utensils. There are also plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and new beach gear for guests' stay. The bed and sofa are comfortable and spacious for a family of four. Ceiling fans and two air conditioning units help keep the condo cool when necessary.

We love Maui and Maui Sunset is our Maui home when visiting. This condo is very well-maintained, and we will definitely return for our future visits. Mahalo for your hospitality!

This rental was perfect for our family of 4. It was stocked with everything needed for our vacation, we truly appreciate the attention to detail. It was updated really nice and we enjoyed it truly. This condo was exactly as the photos portrayed....even better. The balcony was a wonderful area to spend time and added to the amount of living space. We ate all of our meals and spent most of our time outside. The condo has everything needed to enjoy your time on Maui. We enjoyed the location in the center of Maui with quick/easy access to the rest of the island. North Kihei is home to many locals. Staying amongst the locals is a quieter experience as locals have their regular-life schedules and routines. Within walking distance, or short drive, are many restaurants, shops, etc needed for your stay. The grounds are impeccable and the landscaping employees work hard to maintain the beauty and shared amenities.

This condo was very nice and clean. The views from balcony were beautiful. The grounds at Maui Sunset Condos are very well taken care of including the pool area and the BBQ’s grill got cleaned daily! Easy access to the beach and very calm waters you could see sea turtles and see life very easily. This Condo has great access to Stores, Restaurant's and Rental equipment, Enjoyed this unit for our Anniversary very much we will be going back to Maui Sunset Condo B-311.
