This place was great! The view was worth every penny! I was also so nice having breach chairs and the umbrella! The bed was comfy, although some noise from the street, everything else made it worth it!

Great location with a fabulous view! It really needs updating, painting and a deep cleaning! I called the management company and they brought over cleaning supplies as they were, none!

Great visit and time at Koa Lagoon.

I will say that the views from this property cannot be beat! We woke up every day to the sound of the ocean waves and the beautiful sunshine. The unit was nicely decorated. I will say that this unit is in a VERY old building. The owners have done well with trying to make the unit feel updated through decode but there is a whole lot more that can be done within the until. Update air (worked fine but around the units yuck), bathroom and lighting. I will say that the view from this unit literally helps you to overlook the few improvements that could be made and the location was pretty close to lots of restaurants, stores etc.

My wife and I just spent 2 weeks at Koa Lagoon #402. We loved the location in Kihea. The view from the deck was just as advertised - gorgeous. And it's a private deck. It was a comfortable condo and the VIP staff were helpful. A few things could have been better maintained -- the couch was worn (since replaced) and the screen door needed work -- but no major complaints. The unit had a well-stocked kitchen, bath tub, swimming pool, large screen TV, and a beach right outside. Kihea was a nice location from which to explore Maui. We loved our stay.

Our Maui holiday couldn’t have asked for a better location for home base. Close to family friendly beaches and all island experiences. We loved the picture perfect views from the property.

Chose to stay primarily because of the oceanfront views and the price, and the views and spacious property did not disappoint. Liked the easy parking, convenient location, nice TV's, King-size bed and the management team. Could definitely use some updates and the beach wasn't ideal, but great stay overall.

Our vacation was awesome. Had a few hiccups, but we didn't let it ruin our trip. It seems that VRBO and Airbnb charge these enormous amount of cleaning fees and you get subpar clean units, PLUS you have to do half the cleaning before you leave... we got there and had the renters before us dirty dishes still unwashed and sitting in the dishwasher which immediately made me skeptical of the rest of the cleaning, so I had to do my own cleaning. Second, we got some critters that appeared... typical in tropical places, but I'm from an area where we don't get roaches and don't want to go home with any tag-a-longs, so I called the host and they said someone would come out to one showed up, so we took care of that on our own. Other than that the view is awesome! The location is perfect! The grounds are beautiful! The pool is never crowded! Beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and stuff for beach days are great!

Wakeup to an ocean view every morning.
Enjoy coffee on the lanai overlooking the ocean or take a few steps to the beach. It's a quiet & swimmable beach. You can wander the beach for miles in either direction. The kitchen allowed us to enjoy a leisurely breakfast each morning before exploring the restaurants & shopping a short drive away.

From check in to check out, we had a wonderful experience. The condo is beautifully furnished , well stocked and very comfortable. The grounds are lush and full of flowers. The pool was delicious and at time, I was the only one there.
But the best thing of all was the view! Non obstructed view of the beach and ocean. We people watched and whale watched right from our large land.
We will be back. It was the perfect get away.

This condo was so well done. Great decor, comfy bed and a balcony we never wanted to leave. Great location on a walkable and swim-able beach. We even rented paddle boards nearby and enjoyed the bay. We saw whales everyday. It was great. Great rental staff stayed in contact and we had all the info we needed as needed.

Koa Lagoon was a lively oasis in a busy tourist area. Our ocean sunset view was spectacular! The building was quiet and very close to grocery shopping was a short drive to grocery shopping.The condo had every convenience and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking most meals in. Also we had easy access to the major roads to explore the island. The beach was a bit of a disappointment. I seemed to get bit a lot by some bugs in the sand and I would advise water shoes for going into the rocky water. Beach walking was fun to explore.

We stayed at this location in Kihei for 2 nights. It was very pleasant. The view is terrific, exactly as pictured. Nice cool breeze. The unit is well furnished. Parking was super easy. It seems the air conditioner is somewhat under-powered and loud. There were too many children's toys in the lanai that feel cluttered. The washer and dryer worked perfectly.

We loved staying here during our recent trip to Maui. We were here for 4 days, 4 nights, just me and my boyfriend. The condo was stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, even floaties so we had everything we needed for the beach. We didn’t cook but we used the wine glasses ;) the best part was the view off the balcony, we saw the most beautiful sunsets! We would definitely stay here again!

Just as the pictures show! A quick stroll to the beach in the morning with beautiful sunset views in the evening. All from a comfortable condo with A/C to retreat to if it gets too hot. Couldn't have been happier!
