the condo was in pretty good shape but a few things need to be fixed:
1) the bedroom lamps next to the bed need to be replaced with regular lamps... the touch sensitive feature does not work.
2)the bedroom window right hand slider is falling apart at the corners... it will fail soon. you really need to fix this soon as it is a safety hazard.
3)the batteries in the tv controller needs to be replaced... we had a hard time getting it to respond.
