Vacation rental was in a perfect location and the property was for the most part perfect. Just a few minor things towels and bath tub was stained. Other than that perfect.

This is a really nice, well supplied condo. We really enjoyed the convenience of walking to plenty of services nearby plus the awesome fact of a great beach across the street! There was plenty of parking for our rental car. Pool and hot tub on the property are great. (We were sad that pool noodles and other fun flotation devices are not allowed at the pool.)

The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The views were spectacular, the location was quiet, and it was close to shops, restaurants and the beach. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

My family and I recently stayed at the property for 7 days and it was one of our best trips to Maui. The views from the condo are picture perfect. The property is perfectly located and a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the BEACH. This is a 5-star property! I would highly recommend renting it. The property management are also quick to respond to any questions or issues that may arrive.

Overall, the property was very nice. The only complaint I have is the parking situation. There are not enough parking spots for guests, most of the spots are reserved for owners.

We truly had a fantastic ten-day stay at this property. Everything is exactly as depicted in the photos. The location is fantastic. The condo is very well equipped with four air conditioning units and ceiling fans. Our highlight was the large balcony, where we ate our breakfast and had our morning coffee. We also had our family gatherings here, sometimes late at night to visit and listen to the waves from the beach one block away and watch the ocean sunset. We had seven adults (family) staying here and were all very comfortable. The beach equipment was excellent, which we used several times. We bought groceries and cooked numerous meals throughout our stay, in the extremely well-equipped kitchen. The pool and hot tub area became our nightly after-dinner activity. The barbecue area is clean and well maintained, with numerous tables. We had several "picnic" type cookouts. The area is very safe with lots to see and do, and the surrounding grounds are well looked-after. Check-in and checkout were very simple, and the property management group were very responsive and friendly when I had a couple of questions. The only negative aspect was packing up to come home. A very memorable vacation experience here!

My stay at Kihei Alii Kai A401 was great. The location of the penthouse was awesome. You could walk up to some great local spots like the cinnamon roll shop, Maui bread company and you could walk to the beach. The rental provided beach chairs, coolers and other beach equipment which was super convenient. The reason I am not giving this review 5 stars is based on 1 big thing. If you are going with a large group (my group was 6), be prepared to take freezing cold showers. You get maybe 1 minute of hot water. Despite having 2 bathrooms only 1 person can shower at a time to even get a little hot water. When I contacted the management about this, all they recommended was splitting up our showers since they have a small water heater. Personally, I think they could have done more like warn me about this or had that as a disclaimer when I booked. The other thing that was a little annoying was all the soap is watered down. The hand soap, dish soap all watered down. That’s like 2 dollars max at any store, why cant you just buy a new bottle? Especially after Covid, hand soap is not the place to be cheap!

Other than the hot water and the hand soap, this is a great rental with a fantastic location and view. If you don’t mind cold shower, this is a great place to stay.

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location! We could be at the beach within minutes and also had great access to restaurants and shops right next door. With two lanais, you could easily step outside and have a view of the ocean. We loved our stay here!

It was a great place to stay. Lots of room, very clean, and a nice starter set of cleaning supplies. There was lots of beach gear for us to use too. Super close to the beaches, and a nice central location for the island as a whole.

Would definitely be staying here next time we’re in Maui. The unit was clean, kitchen fully equipped and in a great location. Check in and out was easy and there were absolutely no issues.

Couldn't have been more perfect

We loved this condo! The view was great and the location is even better. It's within walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and our favorite ABC store. The rental company was very prompt responding to any questions we had before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing experience staying in this charming and well located condo across the street from Kamaole Beach Park 1. The beach was perfect. Sandy, Beautiful and a great swimming spot with a sandy shore, not rocky. Great for families with children. We picked it based on the consistently positive reviews. Our experience was great and the condo was as advertised. It’s clean, comfortable and incredibly convenient. We walked to several nearby restaurants, stores, shops, and the beach. There’s several grocery stores within a short drive or walk to the unit. The ocean and sunset views from the 4th floor deck were amazing. We traveled with my older parents (70’s), teen children (15-19) and my wife & I. Having the unit close to the elevator was a plus. We all were comfortable in the unit and pleased with our experience. It was stocked with everything we needed at the beach (Chairs, Towels, Umbrella, Ice Chests), everyone had their own space / comfortable bed and the kitchen was stocked with everything to prepare meals and store groceries. The community pool and spa were clean, well maintained and a popular daily visit for all of us after a day at the beach. The drive to nearby Wailea was literally 10 minutes and to charming Lahaina was only about 35 minutes and the drive along the coast was gorgeous. The drive to the airport was easy and only about 20 minutes. If you rent a car there’s plenty of convenient parking for it. We had a 7 person passenger van and never had an issue finding a spot. We can’t say enough positive things about our experience and this place. The property management company was incredibly professional from when we booked it several months before our trip to when we returned from our vacation. The communication was excellent and they were very attentive. When we come back to Maui, this is the place we will want to stay. We highly recommend.

Nice condo to stay at, it is walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, and coffee shops in Kihei. Right by Kamaole 1 beach, 1/2 block walk. Nicely equipped kitchen to cook and beach items to use. Has 2 nice lanais with partial view of beach and sunsets. We had a larger family so needed a 3 bedroom unit and was roomy enough. Has a nice pool area and hot tub too.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this incredible condo. You couldn't ask for a better location, and a better beach within a 1 minute walk. Cannot wait to return. 2 small families stayed in the condo, and enjoyed the amenities the complex had to offer as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

First off, you will notice a 1-Star Rating from me earlier. I am working with VRBO to have this review taken down as it is not at all accurate. Upon speaking with the rental agency, it became apparent that several of my issues were my own misunderstandings. I would like to re-review.

Extra linens were stored in an upstairs closet, a place that we did not look. MY bad. A very large wind/dust storm blew through and caused the dust on the lanai furniture. Not their fault at all. Upon talking to the rental agent, she was VERY accommodating in adding in the description that several stairs were needed before reaching the elevator. I still stand behind that statement that the unit is not 100% accessible for anyone with mobility issues.

The condo was conveniently located and a great fish and chips shop is just steps away while an ABC store was very conveniently located as well. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk. The view of the sunset was stunning.

The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable and once again, the rental agency was amazing to deal with. They responded promptly and I would recommend and rent through them again.

At this time, I would also like to apologize to both the owners and the rental agency for my 1-Star review and I would ask that anyone reading this ignore that review. It will be taken down by VRBO in the coming days and I am hopeful that THIS review will supersede it.

This quiet condo was half a block from access to the beach which was beautiful and great for swimming. There were numerous cafés and eateries in close walking distance. Photos are accurate. Good sized pool on the property. Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time in Maui and the condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 and in-laws. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay. It is very conveniently located and has an amazing ocean view from the balcony and master bedroom. In addition Wendi and her team were excellent to work with and answered all our questions as we prepared for our trip!

A huge thank you to Kirsten w valley Isle. She was amazing at helping us find the perfect place to live during our Maui vacation. There were 7 of us and the place had everything we needed, FYI has 3 boogie boards and my grandson loved that!! We had xtra things like tp and paper towels laundry essentials and some pantry items we left for the next guests. was clean! Convenient! And just all around an amazing place !!!
